Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS: • Venue is available April 15th - October 31st • $50 refundable deposit is required when reserving the venue • Payment can be made online or in person. Payment in full must be received at least 7 days prior to the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will forfeit their deposit. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES To ensure a positive experience for all parties involved smoking, loud music, alterations to the venue, overcrowding, unlicensed activities, unauthorized sales or commercial activity, subleasing to a third party are prohibited. • Please be respectful to the nearby residents and campers, quiet time begins at 10:30 pm 6. Setup and Breakdown Access Times: Specify the time renters can access the venue for setup and breakdown. Cleanup: Outline the renter’s responsibilities for cleaning up after the event. 7. Equipment and Facilities Included Amenities: Describe what is provided (e.g., tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment). Equipment Usage: Detail any rules for using the venue’s equipment. 8. Liability and Insurance Liability: State the renter’s responsibility for damages or injuries that occur during their event. Insurance: Specify if renters are required to provide proof of insurance. 9. Rules and Regulations Compliance: Emphasize the need to adhere to all local laws and venue regulations. Noise Levels: Mention any restrictions on noise levels and curfews. 10. Contact Information Venue Management: Provide contact details for any questions or issues before, during, or after the event. 11. Agreement and Signatures Contract: State that the rental is subject to a signed agreement outlining all terms and conditions. Signature: Include space for both parties to sign and date the agreement.
